Because of this, they are made of C60 carbon steel (carbon steel - not stainless), handmade. With our 100 years of experience in manufacturing, our scissors stand for an exceptionally long service life and durability.
Our 1025/E/8" cutting shears with slim, tapered blades are a new development from ROBUSO. It is characterized by its higher placed screw and its large long eye, which offers space for three fingers. The special feature of these scissors is their hair scissor action, the very fine, smooth action resembles that of hair scissors.
This is achieved by the long experience of our skilled workers and a special Japanese grinding technique. This makes these scissors very special in the field of tailor scissors.
It was important to us with the cutting scissors from Solingen that they fit ergonomically well in the hand and have a strong cutting force up to the tip of the blades.
The scissors are excellent for cutting light and medium weight fabrics, upholstery fabrics, leather, as well as tarpaulin, tent fabrics and thin cardboard.
